Did this for an advertisement a few days ago... Really interesting part... The client seems like love Indra Bekti's belly alot... so much so that this is the second time i'm doing it for the same client with Indra Bekti too:) He is a very funny cute guy... very professional indeed...:) and his expressions... wuizzz... the best i've ever see since i'm in make up line mannn... so much so that the computer, camera lenses are so much slower than him... can you imagine??? 300 different expression in like 1 hour...man... i'm really impressed... maybe that's the reason why most of the showbiz people love to use him as their icons alot... his professionalism... his funniness... true entertainer indeed... YOU GO MAN!!!Kanpattee ne!!!

Dummies for food combining
Heard about food combining? find it abit troublesome to be followed? I was too... but not so much now that I heard the surface of the food combining principles. To me, it sounds very logical and easy to follow.

Food combining is a diet or style of eating that is done according to the natural system of your own digesting system. It believes to help the body to work better and thus, produce better, and shape better. Here is what I've heard.

In the morning, the body is still wanting to flush out the toxic and left-overs from the disgesting process that is done the night before. Therefore, DO NOT eat the hard-to-digest food... the easy food for the morning are simply FRUITS and VEGETABLES. And, you can add some boiled egg, or scrambled egg, or stuff like that. Red rice are allowed to be mix with eggs, and not any other things. A glass of fruit juice is recommended here.

In the noon, eating lunch is easy. you can choose for animals proteins and mix with nice fresh vegetables, or vegetables soup. fishes, beef, pork, chickens, are all allowed here. Just remember, NOT to mix carbohidrate and proteins. This is because they require different enzimes to digest. The body will automatically choose the easier-to-process food which is carbohidrate, and left the protein behind. However, when the body finished with the carbohidrate, the protein had stayed too long, and started to build fat already. and foremost, the digesting organs are too tired to digest the protein anymore... the animal proteins are allowed in the noon, because it takes longer time to digest, and afternoon is the longest time, whereby we still have our activities going on.

At night, you can opt for rice and vegetables. you can even eat potatoes and stuff. Carbohidrate for exact. carbohidrate will take shorter time to digest, therefore, its easier for the body to start the absorbing system at 8 o'clock at night. This is also the reason why we cannot eat anything after 8.

in food combining, it is recommended that you only eat 1 type of fruits at a time. however, you can mix as many types of vegetables at a time. This is because fruits have higher sugar level, which means if you mix around, and if it combines to a too-high sugar level, it may cause the body to get lazy to do its job to digest the food we eat later. fruits and vegetables are also recommended as snacks throughout the day.

sounds easy isn't it? I'm going to start doing this next week, once I have the time to go and buy fruits for the morning breakfast:)

Make up TEST
For those first-timer here, I do provide make up test for FREE! and really, it's completely FOC (Free-Of-Charge). This is to ensure that those who really wants to engage me as their make up artist is not kept in the dark of my quality of make up, style of make up, my quality of make up tools and all:)However, there are certain terms and conditions which do apply here:) Here is the terms and conditions

1. I am not doing the complete procedure of make up (however, for those who would really like me to do full make up, they can request for it!). The make up test will be done on the eyes only, or even full face, but without the foundation and the make up base that is supposed to be used on your D day. The importance here is for you to know more about me, and what I can do for you:)

2. The make up is NOT ALLOWED to be brought home. This is because since I did not use the proper make up base and foundation, the results WILL NOT be MAXIMUM when you reach home, not to mention about using the make up test for certain formal family gatherings or even a photo shoot.

3. The make up tests are to be done in my studio.

4. The make up tests schedule are to be set by me. You are to choose from those available dates. This is to ensure the time efficiency and the comfort of the other clients, and of course, your very own comfort too...

At first, actually I just made the brooch, and since that i had to make a bigger one to match with the wedding gown, so i made this into a necklace... really nice though if combined with a tube dress... sweetttt....

National Kebangkitan Day
not sure about how to describe it... 100 years of National Kebangkitan Day, and yet, still the economic is going at the straight line. A few days have passed though, it was supposed to be 20th May, and the funny thing is it was celebrated together with Veshak day (buddhism).. since then, alot of demonstration has been going on. People has protested towards the rise of the oil price... and yet, still many has not been helped...


And we, as Indonesian women, has got to wake up too. Not just because we are normal women, we leave this work to the men of our lives to do. Many has felt it, many wanted to shout... but somehow... they just don't have the guts to express it...

This beloved country will depend on those kids... those kids that we saw on the street, who knows only to ask for money... Let me tell you how they end up there...

Once upon a time, they were born, they may not have parents (this number is rising, as many free-sex going on too in this country, which, ironically, the government still keep denying that, for the sake of 'dignity'... frankly, what do you think dignity is all about??), and some are born with some disabilities that makes their parents reject them...

these kids, these children, will then be sent to some orphanages, some schools meant for disabled children.. and all we know, in order to help these kids, are just by giving donations, and donations, and donations...

Has it occur ever to you, that one day, the children is going to grow up... they has got to start being independent, and start their own family of theirs...They are the ones that will lead this country at the end of the day... isn't it?

If all they know is to receive donations from other people that has come to them and claim their friends, or new family members, HOW are these children is going to survive on their own without the skills they supposed to learn long before they grow up? How much survival skills do they have to live in this country? to lead this country to its best condition? or at least, to show their parents, that even with all their disabilities, they still can support even their own parents?

Finally, when it comes to failure, they give up easily... when they failed living their own lives independently, they come to us... ON THE STREET... so can you tell me, isn't it out faults, looking at the going-downstream economy? the mess we see on the street? the chaos we have to face today?

This what me and my husband see... thus, we feel that IT IS our responsibility to build, shape, and raise those children in need. Because these children is going to continue our works in the future. They ARE our FUTURE in this country. HOW ABOUT YOU?

What will you get for your BIG DAY
there are the lists of what you will get for your BIG DAY if you engage me as your make up artist:

1. I will follow you the whole day, so my whole day is exclusively for my ONLY bride and I will come to your place, wherever you are (jabotabek only, but if you are in outer cities, I still can come to your place, provided with transportation and accomodation only. The charge is still the same, as my working day is the same as per normal, although i have to take a few days off for your special occassion)

2. Especially for that special BIG DAY, some rental of accessories, or even fresh flowers can be provided WITHOUT charge (however, up to certain limit)

3. You will get 2 different make ups for your special day (day and night). These make ups are completely different from one another. This is to ensure that you will get the most out of your BIG DAY.

4. You will also get either french manicure, or simple nail art manicure for your special day

5. Serum System will be added to your skincare regime from me. (this is totally FREE-OF-CHARGE, as you already pay me upfront). This to help your skin to get to its maximum appearance on your special day

6. Nice beautiful make up is not just depends on my work only, but it has to come from your inner beauty and your most supple skin. SO, keeping the skin healthy HAS to be the first priority up to 2-3 months before your special day. I will help you in this skincare regime in order to keep the skin at its best condition.

7. PLUS, before your special day, we will meet up for a few times. This is to draw a concept for your special day. The style that is most suited to your wedding theme, your face shape, and most importantly, your own style. Then, i will draw this out on paper. We will then try out a few styles of make up and hair styles that is most desirable to you before we decided on 1 or 2 make ups for your special day. This is done, so that you can have your confidence on your big day, so that you can smile or laugh most freely on that particular day

8. Because we have done our 'HOMEWORK', on that special day, you need not wake up too early for make up (read: you can take some more rest, as your pre-wedding butterflies will be there the night before). As the result, you can enjoy the whole day till the end of the party. (read: since that you will feel more energized coz you have enough rest in the morning)

9. Because I follow you the whole day till you finish your partying, I can help you clean up the make up and get you ready for your 'FIRST NIGHT' with your newly-wedded husband. (Enjoy...)

Just found new series of skincare ampoule today... a recommendation of a friend from my sister's. just feel really excited about these... though my sister seems to be resistant to help me buy... since it based in singapore.. these ampoule are made in paris, supposed to be a good one, since alot of good response from many girls in singapore.. will deffinitely try it... these are the ranges of ampoule that i'm going to be buy

ANTV the celebrity update, Extra Joss, and one ads for a good cause, cervics cancer... a cancer that has been ghosts for many women in the world. something that will come to not just married old women, but to those not-yet-married, and those who not-yet-a-mom women...sad... but guess, this is what happens to the world lately... a concern that many have to think about when they started to eat those junk food, having yoyo diets, having late nights, drinking, SMOKING, or even eating those fatty meats we used to love, or even walking along the sideways in Jakarta, where is the most polluted city ever!!!
Guess, it's time for us to change it... agree???
